Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Some items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Process for Returns:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
